All of our products are crafted with an obsessive attention to detail.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges using the following guidelines:
- We accept returns for defective merchandise only. NO CASH REFUND but we allow exchange of merchandise or credit memo that is of the same amount or higher only. If at any chance, your total bill is higher than your credit memo, you will be asked to deposit the balance needed for your order to be processed.
- Return/Exchange must be done WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date the items were received. Otherwise the return/exchange will not be accepted thereafter.
- Items eligible for exchanges are those proved to be damaged (damages/defects caused by our end ONLY). Please note that we are not accountable for any damages caused by the courier.
- Items must be UNWORN, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, free from makeup stains, and with the original packaging.
- All shipping costs for returns/exchanges shall be shouldered by the customer (unless the item delivered is defective or an incorrect size/item/color – shipping cost will be shouldered by the shop)
- Notify us once you ship your returned items. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the mail.
- We will only send a replacement or credit memo once we have received the returned/exchanged item.
- CANCELLED ORDERS: If you paid beyond the reservation period (2 business days from the time you received your email invoice) and the item is no longer available, your payment will be considered a CREDIT MEMO and you are free to choose any item available from our website upon receiving our email confirmation on your Credit Memo.
- No return/exchange for items bought on sale.
- All items have dimensions posted for your information. We will not accept returns for reasons of wrong size.
- Any other damages or flaws reported beyond 7 days are not qualified under our returns/exchange policy. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from receipt of the items.
- For cancelled orders, a full refund via bank deposit or online transfer will be made.
